Deployment

The vast majority of our clients engage us to install the solutions we sell.  To ensure success, they assign an “Application Owner” to function as System Administrator and to shadow us during the installation.  We provide over-the-shoulder training while we install the system.  Many Administrators tell us this is all the training they need. In general, we deploy basic systems in 1 day and advanced systems (multi-server or those in a high-availability, Microsoft Cluster environments) in 3 days.  After we successfully install the system, we continue to make ourselves available for “quick” questions via telephone and e-mail at no additional cost.
