More than 20 customers attended a Captaris Product Briefing that Satori hosted at our training facililties in our office in Littleton. The Captaris Management Team discussed where Captaris products fit into the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) market and presented case studies on how organizations have used Captaris Alchemy and Captaris Workflow to automate critical business processes.

Sagem-Interstar announced today that its XMediusFAX fax server solution is the first to interoperate with Cisco Unified CallManager in Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) mode. “With our brand-new Cisco CallManager MGCP support, Sagem-Interstar’s XMediusFAX IP fax server solutions are the only ones on the market that can talk directly to the Cisco CallManager, said Sagem-Interstar’s Sébastien Boire-Lavigne, VP of Technology.

Captaris announced the release of RightFax v9.3 Feature Pack 1 that includes support for Cantata Technology’s Brooktrout SR140™, a software-based, real-time Fax-over-IP (FoIP) platform. The combined Captaris / Brooktrout solution enables organizations to deploy an all-software fax server solution.
