RightFax v9.3 Technical Training Courses

Satori Solutions is the only Captaris Authorized Training Parter (CATP) in the Rocky Mountain region. We offer 3-day RightFax Administrator Technical Training. All classes are held Tuesday - Thursday at our training facility in Denver (Littleton) Colorado. The schedule allows you to have Monday and Friday in the office or to use those days as travel days. The 3-day class also includes a free, 6-month “refresher” license for the Web-based RightFax Network Administrator Course. 

Here is the course curriculum:

  • Planning for database options, system and telephony requirements
  • Installing and configuring RightFax server software
  • Installing and configuring a virtual fax board (Actual fax boards are not provided)
  • An overview of system architecture including how inbound and outbound faxes are processed by RightFax
  • Installing and configuring the RightFax Web Access client
  • Performing a manual and automated installation of the RightFax client components
  • Installing and configuring the Microsoft Exchange Gateway and the IBM/Lotus Notes Gateway
  • Configuring the native SMTP e-mail Gateway
  • The use and configuration of Dialing Rules
  • The use and configuration of “Alerts and Monitors” notifications
  • Discuss maintaining databases and troubleshooting RightFax services

We’ve learned it’s as important to train end users on your policies and expectations as it is to teach them which “icon to click on."  This approach helps ensure the system is used consistently throughout your organization.  As part of our process, we’ll sit down with key individuals in your organization and help them define policies and set their expectations.  What we want to avoid is seeing a company define a set of policies that create an implementation nightmare for IT or an adoption headache for end users.

Even after delivering training, we make ourselves available to answer your, “Can we do this with the system…" questions.  As we stated in How we do Business, our key goals are to help your organization get the most value it can out of the system it purchased as well as make you a hero. Finally, if you hire Satori to create a custom training guide, we’ll deliver it in Adobe PDF format along with the rights to freely distribute it within your location.
